I have had the same problems as the other people who have complained on your site, USN is hiding, pls send me any contact info that you have re: BBB and CA atty general. These crooks must be stopped. I have loads of telephone records and documents, all to no avail. Now their mail is being returned to me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

As of 3/10/07 their phones are no longer working and as of 3/9/07 all their mail is being returned.

I have been waiting since 9/8/06 for a refund.

When I last spoke to someone, I was told that all calls were being handled in India and that there was no one listed on their contact list. How interesting.

There needs to be a class action suit filed. Does anyone else who has had any problems have any suggestions?
