Diamond Bracelet/Quality
I bought a diamond tennis bracelet. When I received it, I was very dissapointed with the quality and called them immediately. I first ask for a refund. After talking awhile, the girl convinced me that she would replace it with a higher quality bracelet for no additional charge. I returned it, certified, and waited 4 weeks, then began calling. All I got was a constant ringing with no answer, then about a week later, all I could get was real busy signal. I was never able to get through and finally, I got a no longer in service message. By the time I tried to get my credit card to look into it, too much time had elapsed and I was out $299.00. I couldn't believe this, I even attempted calling Direct TV to no avail. Guess all they want is the money for advertising. The only jewlry channel I trust is JTV...

USN ripped us off too
We ordered a necklace from USN in August 2006, it never arrived. We called to get our money back, they assured us that we would have it, we never recieved it. We called again, they told us that the necklace was being shipped from Indonesia so it takes longer...6 months later and no necklace. Now their phone lines are disconnected and we can't get a hold of them. Their website is also "down for maintenence." DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They are scammers!

No refund of returned item
I purchased a ring from USN in December 2006. It arrived much smaller than shown on TV, so I returned it and requested that my money be returned to me in check form since I had debited the amount from my checking account when I purchased the ring. To this date (3/05/07) I have still not received my refund. I called USN in January asking why I had not received the refund and was assured that the check would be sent to me within a couple of weeks. I believe this Company is fraudulent and is scamming the public. It is no longer on the air, and the internet site is not available any longer. The phone number (if you can get someone to answer the line) is 301-229-2299 in California.

Refund not received
In april of 2006, I ordered a diamond ring from USN (Ultimate Shopping Network). I received the ring on approximately May 1, 2006. The ring looked nothing like the one they displayed on television (Channel 17-KJLA where I reside). The diamonds were the worst I have ever seen. I had also ordered another ring which I had not received.
The day I received the first ring, I contacted USN. I told them I wanted to return the ring. They gave me an RA number (Return Authorization Number). I also told them I wanted to cancel the second ring order.
I returned the first ring using all the proper documentation through UPS. I waited a month and no refund. I called the company. They said it would be coming. I called them several more times but I never got the refund for either ring.
It has been 10 months now and no refund. The total of the two rings was $6,000.00. Not including finance charges. My credit card company (Citi-Bank Mastercard) was no help whatsoever and actually insulted me by saying that they were not responsible for frivolous purchases I made.
At the beginning of January 2007, I suddenly received a call from someone who said they were from USN. This person told me I would be getting a refund in 15 - 30 days. I counted off the business days on my calendar and of course never received a refund.
I want compensation from these people. They not only have my $6,000.00 but they have caused me constant aggravation, personal time and finance charges for the $6,000.00 which is still on my credit card.
Where's the justice for the consumer who buys something in good faith and then gets defrauded.

No delivery of Jewelry!
Ordered mid July 2006 two items of Jewelry. It never appeared so in October I called the shopping channel and cancelled the orders and asked for a refund on my Credit Card. I was assured I would get that in a few days. Cut a long story short... I have called, emailed, called, emailed for many months and still nothing. They have my money and I have nothing and it seems I can do nothing about it. I have tried reporting them many times to whoever I can but still they seem to have got away with it. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau but they have got no where and closed the case. I have reported them to the Government office dealing with complaints and they have done nothing. I now find they have transfered calls to India where I am again told I will have my refund but nothing has appeared. How can this happen in America that a Shopping Channel can take your money and keep it with nothing in return. Who do we complain to? and who will make sure they pay the customers that they have taken money from? At this stage January 2007 its obvious I am not getting my money so is that theft?
