Dunning for book I DID NOT get
I have written to you on two occasions about this! I DID NOT receive this book. I could not return it because I DID NOT receive it. The first time I knew you were dunning me for the money, the invoice was address to:

The post office does not regularly deliver books to a non-address. I DID NOT get this book. I can't make it any
plainer and I do not appreciate you turning it over to a collection agency when you don't even consider my attempts to clear this up.
I would very much like to talk to someone regarding this. I am not in the habit of ordering books and then skipping out on payment.

FRE Changes
New 2011 USPS FRE changes that the FRE CANNOT be thicked than 3/4" is ridiculous. The USPS motto on the package: "If it fits; it ships" is now a misleading false advertisement!

Dropped package in the yard & my dog ate it!
USPS mailman was being paranoid about someone stealing my package from the front of my house. So he went all the way to the back and threw my package over our wall into the backyard with our three dogs! When I got home, my $200 CD collection was all over the yard. The CDs were damaged beyond recognition. I asked the mail carrier personally why he had done that and he said he didn't want to leave the package in the front where it was visible. I filed a claim with USPS and they said it was not their fault because it is comparable to the package being left outside and it getting damaged from rain. IM LIVID!
Do NOT trust Burbank USPS!

Damaged Packages
If you give your post man an item, and a wad of cash, he, or any other Postal Service employee that touches it, is not responsible for anything in any way. I learned my lesson the very expensive and hard way to always insure my packages. But guess what happens when the recipient opens the package to survey the damage; the insurance is void.
I sent an HD Television set to a customer through USPS, and a week later, got a nasty email about the condition of the product. I asked for pictures, and what they sent me was horrifying. The box was completely destroyed. It must have been crushed by something 10x it's own weight. The box was then wrapped up in packing tape a few dozen times to stop the box from disintegrating, and NO admittance by the USPS that they damaged the packaged. I called them up, explained the situation, and was turned away when they found that the package had been opened. They thought I was attempting insurance fraud. I've tried numerous times with different people, all with the same outcome. I know switching to the private sector for my shipping needs won't hurt the USPS at all, but I need to feel some sort of justice. I'm out almost $800, and for what?

Refund Runaround for garaunteed delivery
Sent a package to Austrailia via international express with garaunteed delivery of 7 business days and when it took almost a month to arrive due to an issue somewhere in transit and not with customs they refuse to give a refund to a garaunteed service. It has been almost 2 months and still nothing I've sent them all required information they have asked for and the refuse to send me the proper paperwork to request a refund. I continually receive the runaround from each "customer service" rep as well as their supposed "supervisor". When asked to speak to their manager, they say they do not have a manager and I have to, get this- send a written letter to the consumer advocate for a formal complaint. Nothing like making sure they receive every nickel out of this. Why is it that a trillion dollar Government branch does not provide up to date technology to handle complaints of their disfunctional processes? It's been almosts 2 months and it will be another 2 months for me to continue with this for $60. I'm sure this happens to thousands of people that most likely give up and the USPS never has to issue a refund. Imangine how many millions of dollars they are not refunding for legitimate claims on failed garaunteed services! Unless someone can help me find the means to accomplish this and I don't give up, I am sure they will keep my hard earned money in their pockets.

No postal charges shown on Parcel
No postal charges are being shown on letters and parcels sent over from the US to Europe, by US Postal Service. This is a cause of alarm, because sellers abuse of this, and charge postage, as much as they like.

Worst service ever
You would think you live in a third world country when dealing with the united states postal service .particularly with the kensington branch in Brooklyn.they are notorious for not delivering packages.then when you go to pick up packages at post office the customer service is non existent.unprofessional workers uncaring attitude make people wait on line for hours and to top it all off give you attitude when you complain.the place needs a major overhaul with regards to their staff.sups you should be ashamed of yourself you have a long way togo unfortunately people must use this service otherwise I am sure they would have disappeared many years ago like many other commercial non functioning entities.

Dropped mail and receving someone elses mail
.Several months ago I called my city usps to make a complaint when my mailman dropped two pieces of very important mail a pay check and another important peice of mail that was found by a person a few bocks away soaking wet. This time I received a neighbors mail and mail of someone who lives miles from my home that peice of mail was from a Cedit card company if it feel into the wrong hands could have been a real problem for that person. who who who who who who who who who who And why why why why?

Rude and unprofessional
First package was lost in the abyss of nothingness and they couldn't tell me why. Then a second package was returned to me, and they didn't know why. Everyone I talked so so *** rude and bitchy. It baffled me to how unprofessional they were. I wish there was a company that could compete with there first class prices because I would bring all my business to them. A few of them actually hang up on me! I wish I got the names of these people so i could report them. Advice: get the name and agent number of whoever you talk to, because you will more than likely be so upset you will want to report them

USPS can't deliver.
There deliver my package to someone else who signed my name.
If you have package comming from another country to the USA spent the extra money use UPS, Fedex anyone but USPS. USPS cannot deliver.
