While some online retailers charge you a minimal restocking fee if you change your mind, UTAH PAINTBALL SUPPLY charges you a WHOPPING 80% of the original purchase price if you return defective merchandise that is broken when you receive it – even when the product has not been used.

That means that if you pay $200 for a paintball gun and it is defective, Jeff and Jeanette Wilkinson, owners of the home internet business, will charge you $80 to return un-used merchandise that does not work when you take it out-of-the box.
