I was another victim. Charged $87.00 when advertised read $0.99 for shipping of free trial. I reviewed notes and did not see any cancellation condition. i even tried calling them to make sure of charges but could not get thru. Waiting too long. I spoke to them when they called me with disguised questions like "calling to confirm order". They did not want to give specifics. they were persistent trying to make me agree to "an order" and I even told them that my only order was free trial and only charge should be $0.99 but thye hanged up. 1 Month later my credit card was charged. I even had used a virtual account number to not allow any other charges but they used it a second time. No help from credit card, just simpathy. It seems that is legal.

I hope people read this and not fall in this trap. The product does not work anyway !!!

Yesterday, 8-17-09 I discovered an unauthorized charge of $86.42 that was charged to my bank debit card by UTHI Health Product. I notified the bank and fortunately the charge was authorized but never charged to my account. I cancelled the credit card and no further charges will be made.
