Absurd credit card charges
I received a UTI bank credit card. When applying for this card I was told by a representative that there is no joining or annual fee. But when I received my first statement, there was a joining fee.
After making several attempts to speak with your phone banking officers, which seem to be never available), I am sending this email to customer care division. I hope this will be resolved in a timely manner.

Refund of Home Loan processing fees
This is with reference to UTI Home Loan sanction letter number UTI/07/HL/11210. My home loan was sanctioned of amount Rs. 36, 00,000/- on June 26, 2007. This loan amount does not fulfill my loan requirement.
I have paid Rs. 3000/- as a processing fees (Cheque number 227046) for the same.
I have talked to the UTI Bank Noida branch to refund the processing fees, but they didn't give the satisfactory answer. Even one of their agent told me that if you don't have money why you applied for the house.
Please help me to take the refund of my money as the services from UTI bank has not been availed.

Poor service!
I bought a CAT 2007 form from UTI Bank in Mumbai. They sold the form to me for 550, they should have charged me 1100. Due to incorrect charge for the form my application has been rejected. The IIM's says its bank fault and bank says they just sell the form.
ITs frustrating and have no recourse...

Fake IDs used
I received a call on 29th of september that my approval of the gold card is there from UTI bank and there is no need for any documents just u have to answer the verification call and will receive the gold card. The call came to me next day and when asked they have the full documents of mine with a signed application form. There is a team of credit cards agents who is doing all this and using the IDs. Beware!

Worst banking!
I have applied for a credit card before 4 months by compulsion where i don't had any interest in that time to apply for a card. I joined in a new company and i didn't got my 1st pay slip , so wait for 1 week. I told this to uti bank executive. He told me that with appointment order we can do it, nothing else require. He came to me several times and told me the same. At last i applied for the card by his compulsion and it haven't come till now as i expected. When i called the same guy he was not able to answer me properly. So he gave the call to his team leader. I don't know who appointed him as team leader. He don't know how to talk and revert. They told me it will come. I called customer care, i think no one is working there. not even single person is there to answer my call even if i wait for 2 hours. My application ref no is 253615. So if any senior officers watches this they can ask that executives for there bad service. In future i decided not to keep any dealings with uti bank. What a bank? I have not faced such a experience in any other bank. though i have many bank cards.

Poor service!
I have submitted a form with necessary docs for credit card in Bangalore. I got a confirmation from uti bank stating my application has been submitted vide # 362971. But I am yet to get the card. It’s almost crossing 20 days. No update from uti bank. Very poor service!

Denying statement of saving account
Mr Sai Parsad Patnik posing as Manager(Operation) in UTI Bank of Sector-10 Panchkula(Haryana) denied me to give an Account Statement of my saving account 3020101xxxxxxxx.
When I asked for a written reason for the same then he started abusing me and told me to close my account.
This is kind of service that a renowned bank is providing?

Rs 569.00 deducted without any information
I just wanted to know why Rs 569.00 has been deducted from the below mentioned account without any communication or prior information from the bank.

I suppose any deduction is suppose to be made after the proper communication to the customer. I have not received any letter from the bank related to any deduction. I want this money to be reversed to my account before I actually escalate it to the higher level.

Can't receive credit card
I had applied for uti silver credit card on 1st may 07 but until now i had not get the card. The branch staff are telling that i will get it sonly.
