I rented from this company on 2008 through 2010. To begin with I had an appointment with Michelle since she was the property manager at 7:30 in the morning I went to meet with her before taking my kids to school I waited and waited till it was time to take them to school. I went back to see if there was any other properties around since that was the area I was looking for.I drove back to the property and I saw her waiting outside so I stopped. To my surprice she did not even appoligize for being late. I rented there cuz I needed a place ASAP. They would never anwer the phones and when they did they would give attitude!!! Finally my contract ended I hired a Company to clean up the property... My deposit was only $450 out of $1500 and the company left the property immaculate I called to find out why MICHELLE told me she would email me receipts and pictures of everything and she never did... This people are nuts I hope that the people that are hiring them realize that theyr employees have no clue on what customer service is.
