My sister and I have purchased some sarees from utsazsarees.com which promised 21 days delivery.
After 25 days, we have emailed them and complained that the status is the same which is "order in process".
Utsaz customer service replied that they did not get any information from Oder department and requested
to choose another saree instead of return of payment. And the best part is their website dont have the facility to choose another item and update the new payment. The only way is to pay for the new item again.
When I demanded for the refund, they disappeared and no reply from them. I am not the only person victimised
by Utsazsarees, my sister and also one of my colleague is facing the same dilemma.
I am not sure where to go to claim back my money. Can bank nulify the credit card charges?
