I called the va clinic, because of a bad back injury i had over the weekend and was in severe pain. The person at the front desk named david said if I went there he would get me an appointment since I was in severe pain, we arrived there waited an hour then got called in, upon going to the nurse she informed us that there was three patients ahead of me and I said that's ok until she mentioned how long it was going to take- three more hours and that there was no telling if the doctor was going to be able to see me, I got really mad and went to the front desk to make an appointment when david again mentioned that I couldn't make one for me, and check this out, the reason he gave about not being able to make the appointment was that they were going to have walk ins all week. ABSURD.
