After 2 months of fighting for a copy of an agreement and proof of what I was paying $799 for, I finally agreed to a lifetime to advertise my timeshare rental in Sept 2008. In December 2008, this company shut down the website, disconnected their phones and vacated their prior location. I had 3 people go to the site and try and rent my property. I never received a phone call about the inquiry and neither did any one else that called.

In July of this year, which is when I was supposed to call to extend another year, I found the owner had reopened his corp docs (www.sunbiz.org). This month, the web site was back up BUT you still can't rent, buy or get anyone to call you back, either as a customer or an advertiser.

They need to be shut down and refund the money. Mr. Michael D Smith lives at 3531 Ocita Drive in Orlando (county tax records) and has a home line of 407-855-6369. No one answers that line either and it has a generic voice mail message.
