Manager Sheree violated my Civil rights, Human Rights, Civil liberties, and lied to Police officer about my Authorization to park in front of Front entrance of Save Mart to Replace or Receive Instruction of Equipment Rented from Save Mart. Officer asked Sheree if she Authorized (gave permission) for me to park there to load / unload equipment, Sheree answered the Police Officer Pimintal "NO" . Officer Pimintal Issued Me a civil violation accordingly. Sheree did in-fact Authorize my parking to unload my wand/vacuum equipment . An Employee Female assisted me by taking the Wand/vacuum equipment from my truck to the Manager Sheree. This Employee was later told by Sheree not to help me. The Wand was not Replaced and I was told by another employee that the Manager said" she would NOT Return My wand" Since I did not accept the older Replacement wand . My Wand Equipment was paid for. I received no Instruction from Sheree as she had promised previously over the phone prior to going to the Save Mart Store Entrance. Since the Manager Sheree did not follow through on what she said over the phone.(She never brought the piece of equipment necessary (HOSE) to connect to Wand which was necessary for instruction.)
