I had purchased Nokia mobile (6275 CDMA ) on 16/08/2007. From the first day itself one colored line is seen on the upper side of the display which makes wallpaper ugly. After one and half month of usage the speaker is not working occasionally. Even if the call is coming the ringtone is not heard. After that I went to service center in vadodara named Rayrhythms. While opening the mobile they damaged one of the screw of my mobile and while removing the screw they made scratches on the panel and mobile body.
They told me that they cannot solve the problem and they returned to me. At that time I saw lot of dust and the images of fingerprints on the inner side of the display body. Are they mad? Can't they clean it or see it? Does company not provide the essential tools to the service center? Now they told me to send to delhi office for approximately one month. But, due to that my business will suffer and I have to go for standby mobile. And what about the existing damages occurred to the panel part and the body at Rayrhythms nokia authorized service center? My new phone was damaged by the nokia service people at their service center for which I had spent a big amount just before one month. Nokia will have to give me replacement for this mobile. Or else I will have to proceed legally against nokia and the service center.
