sony arranged for dhl to pick up my laptop for repair, over aweek ago, every time i phone they say that they'll be here on this day then that day, and still no one has picked it up.
I have a terminally ill husband who need's to keep all his hospital appointments, but for a full week i have'nt been able to go anywhere due to them telling me to stay in as the courier will be with me.
Yesterday they told me that the courier would be with me today, and guess what?? yes still have'nt collected.
To my shock when i have phoned yet again, which cost's alot of money to be kept on hold, i asked to be put through to complaints department, to be told they don't have one!!!, asked to be transfered to a manager told they have'nt got one!!!, i don't surpose anything will be done about this email either, and customers have right's as well or have you forgot that?.
What i also find funny is you sent a courier from another company here to bring me the enverlope to put the laptop in so your courier could pick it up, could'nt of your courier have done it while picking up my laptop????? two men to do one job!!!
