I purchased a $4000.00 bedroom set from them a year ago and I got my first delivery with half of the bed damaged, and one of two night stands missings. They rescheduled me another delivery a week later and decided to call me at 8 pm the night prior to inform me they wasn't coming. When they finally did show up the delivery men re damaged the bed again and history repeats itself. The third time the delivery men again re damage the bed and again the fourth time. After trip # 4 I was done. I then purchased the final piece which was the armoire (Not because I wanted to only because I had to so it would match) They did not do any better here neither and then forgot the clothing bar when they delivered it. The sales person stated she would get one to me right away. Its now been 6 months and I just received the bar that is too big as well as warped, so I call, re give measurements and another month later I finally get another bar and guess what...It's the same exact size as the first one that didn't fit. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I paid my credit card I had opened with them off and cancelled the acct. I would never recommend this place to NO ONE!!! I had to go to the CEO to get any action done and tomorrow I am going there again!!!
