I was offered free detailing for my Mercury Mariner next time it was in for service. They called later that day saying the car was ready. I asked about the detailing, he said "what detailing?"?. So they kept my car another day".

When they called the next day saying it was ready after only 3-1/2 hrs I knew something was wrong!. My car hadn't been detailed/. All they did was wipe down the outside, the front seats, and vaccuum the upholestry'. There were black greasy handprints on the steering wheel and window frame, the front windshield and back side windows weren't cleaned, nor were the back seats or the floor:.

In other words they lied.. I will never use them again and don't recommend anyone else do either.
