On May 19, 2008, after speaking with Lee Ann Wilborn, we were promised on her word that a refund would be issued for some items that were forgotten on an order, and an overcharge for some material, and some material that was measured and cut wrong.

The invoices in questions are numbers: 3788, and 133.

At first we were told, that Valley View Tube only issued credits to there customers.

After a long conversation with Mrs. Lee Ann Wilborn, she clearly told us that a refund check would be send to us for the amount of $529.24.

After several attempts to have some one in the office of Valley View Tube confirm this, we are again told we will receive only a credit to be reflected on our next purchase.
