I never authorized your company to deduct $24.95 from my checking account. Please DO NOT TAKE THAT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. I've already alerted my bank to this nonsense.
I received nothing for this charge. Cancel this activity immediately.

unauthorized CC charges
There has been charges of $24.95 to my Credit Card back as far back as Nov 2009. I am not familar with this Company or what charges are for.
I have review complaints on Webb such as mine for this business.

Fradulent Charges
This is Paula in New Jersey. Valmax accessed my ATT Card because I used Intellius once to find a friend. Not only did I pay a one-time charge of 1.00 to Intellius for the information, Valmax used that information to rebill me $24.95 every month since that time. It is only this week that I saw the bill on my statement from ATT and I don't even know what service Valmax pretends to do for anybody. The only way I've found to stop further charges is to cancel my credit card and now I have to go after Valmax for all fraudulent charges made without my consent since this started. To cancel Valmax, they ask for a code which DOES NOT APPEAR on my statement and thus far I have not gotten any reply from them. Whoever THEY are.

fraud charged my card 49.90 for what never signed up or charged anything to this company
went online to check my credit card statement and noticed a pending charge for valmax for 49.90. I havent even heard of this company before and now having to deal with fraud, something needs to be done with this company especially since this keeps happening to people. It just makes me even more sceptical of using my credit card to purchose anything on line.

I used your service twice and was charged already. Don't do it again!!!

recurring charges
Jeff from ohio, I too used intellius service and unknowingly was signed up for this service. When I used the service at no time while on web site I did not notice anything saying I was signing up for anything!! FYI I also used a credit report service that did the same thing and signed me up to a company called TWENT4PROPLU.

HI MY NAME IS MICHELE FROM PA. WOULD LIKE TO SAY AFTER READING ALL THESE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS WEBSITE. THAT I THINK THIS IS VERY WRONG WHAT VALMAX IS DOING. TO EACH AND EVERYONE OF US THAT WE ARE ALL GETTING SCAMED BY THIS WEBSITE. ON JULY 7TH ME AND MY BOYFRIEND HAD WENT ON TO INTELIUS TO GET THIS PERSONS NAME AND ADDRESS TO SEE WHO IS BORTHING US WELL THE WEBSITE WAS GREAT HAD NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT AT ALL IT DID WHAT WE WANTED TO DO BUT UNTILL I HAD THIS VALMAX ON MY BANK STATEMENT AND IT WAS THE SAME AS ON THE OVER DRAFT PAPER THAT I HAD GOT ON AUG 10TH THAT 24.95 WAS TAKING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. TWICE JULY 10TH ALSO OF 24.95 WAS TAKING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WELL I CAUGHT ON AND PUT A STOP TO IT CALLED VALMAX MY SELF AND PUT A STOP TO IT TOLD THEM THAT I DIDNT GET ANY KIND OF MEMBERSHIP FROM UR SITE SO THE LADY WAS LIKE WELL WE WILL PUT THE MONEY BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. I WAS LIKE WELL IT BETTER BECAUSE IF IT DONT U GUYS WILL BE IN BIG TROUBLE. WELL I FILED TO COMPLAINTS AND WAITING TO SEE IF THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. I AGREE WITH EVERYONE ON THIS PAGE OF MAKING COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS VALMAX COMPANY. Recurrent credit card charges
Apparently I came across this site while doing a internet search for my missing daughter. I agreed to pay for a one time fee as far as I knew, and they have made recurrent charges on my account for the past two months. I did not know what the charge was last mo, and finally had a number for them on my account to call and see who they were.
Supposedly they are canceling, however they stated that I agreed to a 7 day time frame, and if I didn't cancel they would continue to charge me. I do see any services that they are providing..
