I purchased a BRAND NEW BOOK from this company VALORE. I paid $112.00 using paypal. I did receive my book within five days. When I received my package as soon as I opened it I could tell that it were not a BRAND NEW BOOK. I started flipping through the pages and saw highlighted text, badly dented and folded pages, and ink marks and pencil marks through this book. I became upset and furious. I immediately called Valore and told them that the BRAND NEW BOOK that I ordered were not BRAND NEW. I demanded a new replacement book. Valore emailed me and told me that there were no NEW books in stock and that I would be refunded $25.00. I am totally furious and mad as hell. There were other book companies that were selling this same textbook BRAND NEW for the same exact price. I decided to go with Valore because they claim to stand behind customer satisfaction. I am totally disappointed with this book and that sorry ass small refund. I could have purchased this same textbook in used condition for $80.00 off of ebay with no markings or highlighted text. Valore is a rip off and I hope that their business fails. I am a single mother of three going to college to earn a degree. When I purchase a book in a said conditon as BRAND NEW that's what I expect. I cannot afford to give away money like that in which they did make a little profit off of me by selling me a badly used book for the price of a new one. Please do not do business with Valore, I've done research and they have had numerous complaints against them---decide to use another company for your textbook needs.
