I have registered for the change from the post to pre paid connection for my Mobile # 9900215540 in Airtel outlet
office located in Kammanahalli area, Bangalore -43 on 18th Feb 08 by paying the service charges for the changeover
(Rs 250) and also the balance amount payable for the Post paid till that date (E receipt # : 801468149 for Rs 491 on 18th Feb 08).
2. However as on today I have no Mobile connection as the Post paid was cut few days ago. Visit to Kammanahalli office where
the transaction was done on 18th is of no use. I am a busy person and can not be visiting and getting after your people for restoring
my connection.
3. It is a gross deficiency of service on your part and please do the needful to restore the mobile connection immediately. I am unable to find a place to even make a complaint.
