Horrible customer service. Took my sons down there to get an eye exam, and the other one needed a contact
exam. Waited almost 40 minutes for someone to notice us. FInally, when I went up to the front desk and ask how much longer we had to wait, I was told someone will get to you shortly. In the meantime, they were busy restocking glasses on displays and straightening up but no one seemed to notice we hadn't been helped. When I went back up to the counter approximately ten minutes later and ask for the manager, and the other lady told me she was the manager that is when I ask her why is it taking so long to get assistance. She stated that they had to wait on the doctor. When I told her based on the review that had been posted online, that I now understood why the customers had been dissatisfied with the lack of service. Within in five minutes from that conversation, we received help. My son was fitted for glasses and the other one had a contact exam. Now, two weeks later, we still have not received his contacts. When my wife called to ask why not, she was told that the order was not put in the computer. Needless to say, I'm now handling this issue and we will not be going to a Valu=Vision anymore period.
