Please be wary of the Value $ shop manager and their unreliable price tags. I felt cheated after the terrible shopping experience in Value $ shop at Compass Point. Although the items were clearly labelled $1.35, the cashier charged $1.50 each.
What really infuriated us is the bad attitude of their manager when we approached her. Not only did she not try to resolve the matter amicably, she showed an indifferent and irresponsible attitude by answering flatly that it was just a human error and the labels were tagged only yesterday. In addition, she has this ‘Take it or leave it’ look on her face. Neither did she offer a word of apology nor show any sign of regret until we questioned her how she could be so unapologetic.
As a manager of the branch, she should account for her subordinate's careless actions and should ensure that everything is working well in order.
