Scam - Bankrupt
Purchased Esther Williams pool from Kenwood Pools on New Falls Road in Levittown, Pa. The purchase met the criteria for us to receive $500 in food from the grocery store of our choice. We had to purchase $100 per month (my choice was Shop Rite) and send the receipt in to Customer Service at Value Buzz who would then send us a $25 gift card. It was kind of silly because overall, this would take almost two years before we would get the $500 value worth of groceries. While I was thinking most people wouldn't want to have to deal with collecting receipts and sending them in, it was surely worth it to us. Well, what a mess this is now!!!

cannot get into web site
I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Discounters, with
this purchase I was told I would be entitled to $1200.00 in vouchers
for food and gas. When I went into the web site www.ValueBuzz.com
to print out my mail in vouchers - the link read BROKEN. I have tried
numerous times to connect to this web site and apparently it no longer
exists. This was a scam from the beginning and I should have realized
this - unfortunately the salesman seemed to be a geniune person and
I believed him. Beware to the next customer of any Mattress Discounters.

Cannot contact
I bought a refridgerator at Grants and was supposed to receive $500 in free groceries. ($25 gift certificate a month). However, I submitted June and July receipts in order to get my gift cards. I have not received any gift cards nor can I get into value buzz website. I have no way of contacting them. I bought the refridgerator as part of the free grocery deal.

Out OF Business
Have been submitting gas slips for gift cards and have not recieved anything yet going on 3 months. Call furniture store where I recieved voucher for $500.00 gas, they stated the valuebuzz company has gone bankrupt. GREAT!!! The furniture store will drop off a new voucher so I can start recieving gift cards. My suggestion is to call the company that gave you the voucher as they had to pay for these vouchers, and they should replace it with a new one.

Cannot be reached - failed to provide rebates promised
I signed up for Verizon FIOS and was told I would receive a $300.00 rebate on groceries purchased over a 12 month period. I was to select a supermarket and submit original cash register receipts that totalled $100.00 each month and I would receive a gift card for the same supermarket for $25.00 for each month submitted. I haven't received anything and cannot reach them. I feel scammed!

Unauthorized billing
For our school PTO, you could enroll in Value Buzz which if you collected receipts for certain grocery stores or gas stations, you sent in the receipt along with a certificate and they sent you a Visa $25.00 card every month for a year.

valuebuzz.com
My wife and I bought furniture at Rooms to Go and were given a voucher for "$500 dollars free groceries". We used a certificate passcode to begin the process on claimyourgroceries.com and then were sent to Value Buzz to register which we did. We were advised to submit grocery receipts totaling $100 in order to receive a $25 dollar Visa debit card, this process was supposed to continue until we reached a total of $500. Over the last couple months we have submitted two receipts and have received nothing. Now the web site and phone numbers are unavailable. So much for free groceries, we are not really out any money just our time and hassle but this Value Buzz is a real mis representation. I suppose they charge the stores for providing these so called customer incentives and then disappear.
