Unauthorized charges
I have been charged $24.95 a month from VALUE PLUS MONTHLY for the last 9 months without signing up for anything from them. I called and canceled which they had no problem with. They didn't try to talk me out of it which I find suspicious. I contacted my credit card company told them I canceled it and asked how to stop/block them from continuing to charge me each month. I was told they can't block any charges and I would have to dispute each charge every month. I asked if I got a new card from them with a new account number would that keep them from charging the card. They said since they had an authorized charge number it would carry over to the new card. I then asked how they could get an authorized charge number when I didn't sign up with them. This is what they said:
Someone would have provided them with your account information. From what I've seen on other accounts, this company is usually an additional service that is added when you order online or over the phone from another merchant. If you don't unselect the offer then it is billed automatically.

fraud
Billing Amex card through esellrate for several months. They claim electronic signature .
never received any thing from them. A major scam and shame on Amex for not delisting them after all the complaints.
BBB gives them A+ (meaningless)

discontinue not accepted
They have a slick way of getting you on a subscription without letting you know that this was a monthly subscription. I signed up accidentally 10/17/2010 approx. 10 PM and as soon as I saw the subscription part called the above number. This was not regular business hours so I called immediately the next morning. They said I had to wait 72 hours to cancel. They put it on my charge within 24 hours. I will now 10/19/2010 morning try again to cancel. I have allerted my amex regarding this charge.

unauthorized charges
I have had two unauthorized charges to AMEX from this company, for what, I have no idea. I went to the website to cancel whatever "account" they think I have with them, but will handle this further through AMEX and state Attorney General for refund of unauthorized charges. BEWARE: I was recently foolish enough to have made a puchase by phone from a TV infomercial, and the Value Plus charges have appeared since then. More than coincidence???

Chaged from my Credit Card
I dont know how the hell, they are taking money from my credit card for VALUE PLUS MONTHLY.
This Credit Card compney AMEX is helpless. They should have shame on themselves, if they can't stop such things why the hell they are in this business.
i'll suggest never go for AMEX credit card. i am holding 7 credit cards. This AMEX is having WORST services, no security & they are just helpless if something happens with your Credit Card.
We should complain for This "VALUE PLUS MONTHLY" as well as these credit cards companies also, they dont provide any security & once something happens even after your complain also they keep paying the same vendor.
I made a complain regarding this VALUE PLUS MONTHLY
in the month of Nov & replaced my card aslo and said never pay for this VALUE PLUS MONTHLY
vendor. but again they charged me $24.95 for the month of Dec. HELL of this AMEX Credit Card who can't stop such things & will really have to take some serious step to this VALUE PLUS MONTHLY company.

unauthorized credit card charges
Charged to our credit card since May and we didn't solicit the service. Even after "cancelling" the service we didn't order, they still charged our credit card.

debit charge without my authorisation
value plus monthly debit of us$16.95 appeared on my amex a/c
i did not authorise this debit. i have no knowledge what value plus monthly is. how do i stop further debits to my a/c?

Unauthorized monthly charge from Value Plus Monthly
I reviewed my credit card statement for the last two months and saw monthly charges of approximately fifteen dollars to Value Plus Monthly. I did not authorize these charges and want the charges to stop immediately and be reimbursed for my previous payments. This is definitely fraud as I see other people withthe same complaints against Value Plus.
