stolen debit card info without authorization
This company used my debit card information without my authorization. They took out $1.00 but their just checking to see if account is valid and next time will be for a larger amount. I do believe they got it when I ordered a workout plan from an informercial. Also there is another company called Funsource which happens that these two companies have the same 800# has to be the same company.

No $20 in cash or $50 in Gift cards
I was charged for the service and when I finally got the packet, which arrived after the first 30 days, so they could charge my account I went on line to find nothing. The web address they gave me in the letter does not exist and nothing is even close to it. All the promises that the letter made for $20 in cash and $50 in gift cards was just a scam and now that it is past the 30 day free trial period they have charged my account on the 31st day right after the free trial ran out. It does not matter that they waited until 30 days to send you anything, I guess so that you would not find out that they are a big scam. I would like what was promised to me, the $20 in cash and $50 in gift cards and I am stopping any further account withdrawls.
This company is a big fraud and should be put out of busssiness!!!

CANNOT CANCEL/FRAUD
I was promised a $25 gift card for Walmart. A free trial for 30 days and to call a number to cancel. I called the number and it was some kind of directory assistance and they told me they weren't doing that promotion any more and to call another number in which they gave me. Now I am being charged $19.95 for Value Plus. There is no way to contact them to cancel. This is a SCAM!!!

Fraudulant charges on my credit card
I have received a charge of 24.95 plus a international fee charge of .75 for the last three months, I do not know what this company is, and have never signed up for anything with them. They said it was a membership fee
I dont have a membership with anyone. I did not authorize these charges.
Do they think people are so dumb that they dont know what they put on their credit cards. I had not used my credit card, and did not owe anything on it, when these charges showed up.

Scary Info Found
I sent for a free Pharmacy Discount Card. Before using it, I called the 1-877-513-1935 www.pharmacydicountnetwork.com number. I was told this card is good at any pharmacy EXCEPT Walmart. I called Walmart Pharmacist who had never heard of this 'provider'. oddly, ValuePlus told me since I'm in WA. they have a stimulus package & would like to send me a WALMART gift card for $80...free. Then they wanted my personal info. Several times I declined until I heard what's involved. Finally I was told it would cost me $1.00 to receive a 2 week benefits in their saving club. I said no. She persisted. I went online where I found many complaints of fraud, & no one gettiing money refunded. Told her this news. Then she told me I'd been selected for a free cruise, free meals, free travel. Again I declined and hung up. Online The BBB.org for MN lists the parent company as Provell, Inc. a BBB member! out of 790 complaints in the last 3 yrs. BBB closed 338 in 12 mo. Out of 790 complaints 451 were billing/collection issues. The Company is headquartered in Mn yet the state does not allow their products, services to be available to residence, according to ValuePlus small print. Next Googled 1-888-299-5383 and found this biz goes by many names...DiscountMed4You--RXSaveUSA-TrueRxSavings--MedCardRx, and *many* more. READ about ValuePlusOneline.com Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. What an eye opener. You have NO privacy to your personal info once you sign up & sign in. Read very carefully what you allow this co. to keep on file & share with all their vendors. Your credit card info, IP address, name, phone, home addy, age, sex, where you click, how long you stayed in page, even your pc hardware, software info. Claim they need this from you to protect Provell from fraud. You have zero protection from your info being used in this way. Just visiting ANY of their subsidiary and network sites means 3rd party is given your personal info, to use for future credit card processing, marketing, surveys, sweepstakes. Their site says so. You'll also allow their biz partners to now offer similar services, & others within their Provell network. Besides cookies being allowed download to your pc t for tracking your every move, you will have "webbeacons" to offer you specialized offers to pop up. Again, READ carefully ALL the tiny print at the bottom of the page. These by the way can change without notice and the fact you are still using the site even without any purchase, you now agree to all new changes in policy. Needless to say...I will not use my free Discount Card to save $ since this in the end would be too great a price at any cost. Do your investigating and stay safe.

Stay away. No product received
I ordered a "free trial" of Value Plus card that was supposed to came with a free $25 gift certificate just for trying their service.
I never received the card, but discovered that they started charging me a monthly fee for it. Calling them is a waste of time. Every time I try to call to leave a message the line is always busy. Does anybody out here know how to stop these thieves?

Scam
Doing my taxes and looking at my bank statement. I had noticed that Value Plus had been taking out $24.95 but had rationalized it was something else. Yesterday I phoned the company 1-800-475-1942 and talked with a woman who offered nothing. Finally after my becoming increasingly angry she offered that maybe I had purchased something in Oct. of 2009. I did look at my bank statement and that is when it all started. I have no information about purchasing anything. What to do...well I called the bank, changed my card, stopped payment on the company and filed a complaint with the Fraud dept. of the bank. I will also go to the bank in person and follow up on this. I was going to call and demand my money be returned, but having read all your complaints, I see that would be futile. I may go to the Better Business Bureau. They actually took over $400. I wish I had caught it sooner and this is a lesson for me also. It is really disgusting that scams like this can get away with hitting so many people. We need to be alert. 9
