Free Walmart 50.00 gift card
I received a letter from Elizabeth Collins, Director of Marketing that
stated to go on website www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/50 to
receive my FREE $50.00 Walmart gift card for signing up to try
VALUE PLUS. I also was not able to get anywhere to request my
gift card and no website comes up for your info. or where it asks you
to enter your subscriber number that was on the letter.
Is this a scam? It's false advertisement to get people to sign up and
convience people to sign up and you will receive a $50.oo free
gift card from Walmart.
Where do we go from here, please advise this is not right.

no website to get $25 gift card
Like the others who have complained, I signed up for a 30-day-trial with a promised reward of a $25 gift card. When I just tried to go to their website to claim mine, I found only a long list of complaint sites about this company. I had also signed up for a similar trial for another product called Fun Source owned by them, which gave the following website to claim their $25 gift card: www.myfunsource.com/open/form/gc and I was able to access that website and download the form to send for the gift card, but whether or not they will actually send one is the question. I will try to cancel both services and hope that they don't charge me.
My subscriber numbers are: #1127950320 for Value Plus and
#1127950319 for Fun Source.
Do you do anything to help the complaintants or is this just a place to alert other potential subscribers?

Unauthorised bank debits
we purchased a gift from personal creations .com on august 17th 2009, at a value of £14.33 and service charge of £1.50.
we have now discovered that debits are being taken from our bank account
sept 14 th 2009 £13.52 plus service charge of £1.50
oct 14 th 2009 £ 14.31 " " " " £1.50
nov 13th 2009 £13.57 " " " " £1.50
dec 14th 2009 £13.89 " " " " £1.50
jan 12th 2009 £ 14.11 " " " " £1.50
feb 12th 2009 £ 14.11 " " " " £1.50
These debits are being takan by a company called ValuePlus .
We made the purchase and had the gift dispatched to family in Texas who then forwarded it to us in Scotland, United Kingdom.We have contacted Personal Creations who informed us that it is ValuePlus that is taking this monthly Debit and they also gave the contact phone number for ValuePlus.When we called ValuePlus they said that they would cancel the debit but were unsure if we could retrieve the moneys that were debited from our account in the U.K.We have informed our bank of this situation and they will look into it on our behave but if your complants board can help us resolve this problem we would be delighted.

unauthorized charges even after I cancelled
I have been receiving a monthly charge of 19.95 taken from my checking account for several months and in December of 2009 I canceled the service from which this charge originated. I just seen that I was charged again for the month of January 2010.
What steps can I take to end this?

COMPANY DOESNT EXIST
THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY IT IS OFFERED THROUGH THE ABCLIMBER COMPANY AS A ENTERTAINMENT CARD THEY WILL DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THEM, WHEN YOU CALL THE 800 NUMBER IT WILL DIRECT YOU TO THIS WEBSITE, I HAD TO CLOSE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND OPEN A NEW ONE JUST TO STOP A 24.95 CHARGE. ABCLIMBER WILL NOT ASSIST YOU IF YOU CALL THEM WITH THIS ISSUE THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE JUST A THIRD PARTY AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I CANT BELIEVE PEOPLE HOW EASY IT IS TO GET AWAY WITH STUFF LIKE THIS AND WE THE CONSUMERS ARE THE ONES THAT ARE TREATED LIKE CRIMINALS WHEN WE CALL THE COMPANIES AND TRY TO CORRECT THEIR WRONG

stealing fraud
Google the attorney general for the state of Minnesota..there is a web site there as well as an 1-800 # You can also down load a form.I think the more people that do this the faster these people will be knocked out of buisness.Change all your debit card #, s dont sit idle and think they will refund you.The next month they will wack you again.So please inform the appropiate office and good luck

unauthorized charge
I also checked my bank account and fund there were charges from Value Plus except mine was for $19.95. After getting their phone number from my bank, I was told that I was signed up for it but they would not tell me where I signed up at. I did tell my bank they were "unauthorized charges" I also told my bank I would contact them to find out what the deal was. I am now going to go to my bank so they can file a complaint with them and hopefully get my moneys back. I am also contacting the BBB online to file a complaint!!!

Want to canceled
I have called the only, 24 hour phone number, to canceled the membership. But assistance is only offer Mon-Fri 8am-11pm. I still can not get anyone to help me. There is no way to contact them, not by web nor phone. Everything they said is wrong. I have not received anything so I want to canceled now.

Unauthorized billing
This ad is fine for those who seek coupons. BUT to cancel the monthly draw from bnk acct is not given. The phone number, on their info page mailed, is invalid; though listed 5 times!
