	peggy vanstory April 8, 2009 I can't find a website to recieve a $25 gift card I bought a curling and strightening iron and they also gave me 30 days free subscription of three magazines and a $25 gift certificate if i go online to www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/50 and i can't find a site to get registered for the gift card but i found target and others associated with it but no walmart gift certificate registration form.
	Toni Thomas March 21, 2009 need to cancel within 30 days While ordering a TimeLife set of cd's over the phone (talking to a live person), I was also offered a 25.00 Walmart giftcardt if I would look over Value Plus, a coupon savings etc, company. I had 30 days to look at their mailing and cancel if I choose to. Well, I haven't yet received any information from them and am unable to contact them with the phone number given to me, in order to cancel. I did not receive any gift certificates, and wish to cancel. One of my phone calls to them netted me a website to use if I wanted to cancel - "www.programstop.com. I am unable to access this also. Can YOu Help Me?? Or can you point me into the right direction of whom to contact? Because I used my credit card with TimeLife, I am afraid that ValuePlus will charge my credit card for their services that I am trying to cancel. Thank you for any info you can give me. 	Jim Heavner December 15, 2008 Fruadulent charge A charge of $16.95 appeared on my credit card. I called the toll free number and was informed I had purchased it from a product I had purchased on the internet. Value Plus informed me I should have received a packet of coupons worth $1000 to redeem for various products. I have not received the packet, only the $16.95 charge on my credit card. I did not subscribe to the value plus company. It is definitely a scam.

WELL WHEN TRYING TO SIGN ONTO THE WEBSITE NO SUCH WEBSITE EXISTED, WHEN I CALLED THEM ON THE PHONE THE LADY SAID YOU WILL BE RECEIVING YOUR $40 IN CASH-BACK GAS REBATE IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS NEVER RECEIVED IT AND THAT WAS 2-3 MONTHS AGO.I NEVER WANTED A MEMBERSHIP WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THEY SENT ME AN E-MAIL SAYING "WELCOME TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP", I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM OFF AND TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT ANYTHING THEY HAD TO OFFER.THEN, I IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD SO THEY WOULDN'T HAVE THE CHANCE TO TAKE MY HARD EARNED MONEY.THESE PEOPLE ARE MAJOR RIPOFFS! 	November 11, 2008 WC VALUE PLUS-V 800-475-1942 MN My account was debited $19.95 by WC VALUE PLUS-V 800-475-1942 MN. I don't know what that is or how it happened. I also don't know how to reverse it. I can not find any company called value plus.
	November 2, 2008 promised gift cards and they lied i got nothing They said i would get 2 $50 gift cards and there is no such web site ripoffs
