I was able to print out June cerificate, am trying to print out July and august to no avail. No access to phone either.. time to engage the attorney general of your states... You can get their address from you blue pages in your phone book.. Just write them with your info and they will take over!! Can you say .. CLASS ACTION SUIT!!
