I purchased three small address books from Miles-Kinball in February. These were online purchases. This caused, without my knowledge or consent, for charges of $19.95 a month to be placed on my credit card by VALUEMAX123 . I called Miles-Kimball and they say it is not their problem, that I signed up for this service from VALUEMAX123 after I bought from them. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY SHOPPING SERVICE FROM VALUEMAX123!!! This is a SCAM! Watch out if you buy from Miles Kimball Company, 250 City Center, Oshkosh, WI 54906. They do not safeguard their customers financial information. Miles-Kimball caused these fraudulent charges. BEWARE OF MILES-KIMBALL! BEWARE OF VALUEMAX123 MILES-KINBALL CAUSD THIS SCAM TO ME AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!

I used a service called intelius.com to find some family Genealogy, the next thing I knew I was being charged $19.95 a month. Then they raised it to $23.95 a month. Intelus and ValuelMax123 are a scam, fraud. Do not use Intelius or you'll become a victim.

We found an unauthorized charge on our Debit/Credit card account from Valumax123.com. We do not have extra money so we have to watch our account closely. After reading some of the complaints, the only common tie is that a month ago we used Intelius People Search for $1.95 one time trial. I was unable to locate any contact information to inquire about this charge. Additionally, when you go to the valuemax website it asks for Your Member ID and offers to locate this information if you put in the card number you used to start the membership. It seems like a good way to get more credit card number's. It also seems like a good way to rack up overdraft charges at the new exhorbitant rates that banks are somehow able to charge as of late. I guess cash in a can in the back yard is the best way to hold on to the money we've earned.

Intelius is clearly part of this scam. I used them and now Valuemax 123 is threatening charges! Somebody stop these guys

I was getting charged $19.95 on my credit card from this company. I have never had a membership nor any contact. If you call their number, they ask for a member ID or a Credit card number. The website doesnt even have a "Contact Us" page. It looks like a huge fraud to me. If you have any idea of what further actions I can take please post it online. Thank you.
