Unauthorized electronic signature!
NO SUCH WEBSITE valueplusonline.com/open/form/gc and I DID NOT authorize anyone to enroll me. I, in-fact, have always said NO and then I get this letter with my "Subscriber Number" and my electronic signature, and authorization to charge $19.95 every month after the trail period to my credit card with my last 4 numbers I DID NOT provide to them. I called them and canceled this and I'm suppose to receive a confirmation email, We'll see. I've been out of state for two months and came home to this. I have NEVER done trial offers and this way seems it should be unlawful!!!

Unauthorized charges!
Received a letter in mail stating that I would be charged 1 $ for trial membership and then 19.95 every month after that tried to call the 800# they were not open as of yet besides I never got no 40.00 gas coupon as stated in the letter to my address. How do I stop these actions from happening again. Plz advise smb!

Fraud and cheating!
Same as everyone else. I was scammed and believed that I would get $40 in gas free. Boy what another sucker I was.

Unauthorized bank withdrawals!
They keep on calling on my phone talking about value so I said that I would try it for the cash-back gas rebate and the Wal-Mart card but when I went for the site all I seen was the site of Complaint They charge a $1.00 one time then another $1.00 but I call them and canceled the enrollment for them to put my money back on my card. I think they should be jailed!!!

Cash-back Gas Rebate scam!
I was given a website address www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/40 to claim $40 in Cash-Back Gas Rebates as a bonus for signing up for Value Plus. The website DOES NOT EXIST!!! Called the 1-800 number to cancel my membership. The customer service rep did not seem to be surprised.
Beware!

Can't get site required to claim card
You get a letter that directs you to a site that will not come up as a valid site. I cancelled my membership. I don't need the hassle.

Scam on gift cards
I got scammed on gift cards for walmart and gas card this is crap. I have lost my job could have really used these cards. It really mad me mad that some company could take advantage of people that needs there money. There are some mean and bad people out there. Somebody should throw a lawsuit on a company or people like that.

Hope they are put out of business!
Ordered cd's that were delivered promptly but it seems all the other offers, plus $25 gift card are a hoax. Will cancel membership and hope they are put out of business.

Website is not accessible!
$40 cash back Gas rebate was promised when I agreed to look at the info. When info was received gas rebate card was not enclosed, but I was told that I had to apply for the Gas rebate card online. When I attempted to access the site on line, the result was that there is no such website. When I called to advise them that the website could not be accessed, they told me to add: form.html instead of: /40form to the end of the logon site. The website was still not accessible. They advised that they would mail out the application but could not explain why I was unable to access the website.
