I filed claim service online with BPG website on 06/17/10 for service my water heater leak. Technician call me about 9:42am and said will be my house within 30 minutes. I said, I will back home about 1 hr. He said about 40-45mins. I quit my job and go home. I arrived home at 10:20am but I didnot see any technician. I waiting him about 20-25 mins to call him. He said on the way. I amwaiting him and call him one more time one hour later. He said: do you want to come back. NOw I know he already arrive my house. I ask him to service, you arrived my house and didnot see me why you did not call me. THen he ask: Why I call you? I very upset with contractor service, he never come back service. I called customer service, they said I need to re-appointment and call technician. I said I don't want to call him again. He need to call me for re-schedule. Then no one call me again. I called customer service on monday 06/21 to complaint about contractor. they fax to them, but I have no reply. On tuesday 06/22. I called to talk with supervisor customer service. He said I have to pay last service plus this service total $115. I said : I want to cancel policy. He said to need writting notice but he doesn't know how much to refund. I check information about cancellation. They charge too much the service plus $25 admistration fee with prorate. Then I change my mine to send email to re-schedule and agree to pay $115 for service . After that I received email confirm with order number. They did not call me onWendnesday 06/23 until 2pm, I texted message need call back. He calle me back after 2pm and said he will service when he receive payment $110 . I said ok, come to service I pay you now. He said, no make payment with address he give me. I said, You receive payment couple days later and service? He said yes. I did not agree with contractor poor service or discriminate? I want to cancel contract with BPG any way then let my reator know do not refer any customer to this company. Please tell me what will I do after writting cancellation contract. Actually, I want to have full refundable.
