Charged for products not received
I ordered the trial pack and paid $9.95 shipping and handling. This trial was supposed to be for a 12 day period, then they charge your account for $99.10 for a 1 mos supply of cartridges and a charger, with a monthly follow on charge of $45 something for a 1mos supply of cartridges. Well the extra charges are hidden in their Terms of Service, they are not out in the open on the page offering the trial. I was shocked when I checked my bank account and found the $99.10 charge. I immediately called them and that is when I found out that the charges were hidden, who reads Terms of Services? I guarantee I will from now on!!!. Anyway, the Customer Service Agent was very rude, kept interrupting me, he sounded like he was from India, I told him I wanted my $99.10 refunded to my account, he said he could not because it was passed 12 days, I told him that I did not receive the trial to even decide if I wanted to continue with it. I basically got the too bad attitude from him and was told that my trial product and my 1 mos supply of cartridges and charger had allready been shipped. I then told him fine and that I wanted to immediately cancel this and I did not want or authorize any more withdrawals from my account, he then tried to keep me from cancelling by telling me I have not even given it a try and tried to offer me something else, which I immediately told him I was not interested in anything he had to say or offer and I wanted immediate cancel. Well I finally got him to cancel and got a cancel confirmation number from him. I then asked him to give me the tracking numbers of the products that already shipped, and I got 2 tracking numbers from him, 1 was for the trial pack, the 2nd was for the 1 mos supply of cartridges and the charger. Well finally, the Trial pack arrived which I was quite impressed with the product and started thinking, hmmmm, maybe I won't get ripped off and maybe this will work out for the better! Anyway, I waited a couple of more days and the 2nd tracking number arrived, well too my surprise it was not the 1 mos supply of cartridges and charger, it was another trial pack. I then called them again (12-09-09). This time I got a very nice lady who actually listened to me and then informed me, that the company got a bigger response then what they expected and that the 1 mos of cartridges and chargers were on back order and that I was a priority customer for shipment when they come in, she also gave me number code for a 1 mos supply of free cartridges for the troubles. She told me that when my original 1 mos supply of cartridges and charger arrive, to call them back let them know my order arrived, then turn in the number code to have the 1 mos free supply of cartridges shipped to me. I was happy and pleased, I asked her when I should call back to get the tracking number for my 1 mos supply of cartridges and charger that I did not get because what was supposed to be the cartridges and charger turned out to be another trial pack due to the company goof up. She said to call back the next day to get the tracking code because their backlogged shipment was supposed to come in and since I was priority I should have my stuff shipped the next day. Well, I called back the next day (12-10-09) and got ahold of another very rude guy from India. I figured well I won't be on long I am just calling to get the tracking number of my 1 mos supply of cartridges and charger that I paid $99.10 for, as the nice lady I talked to the day before requested I do. BIG MISTAKE IN THINKING THAT! Anyway, this guy gave me the same tracking number that I got before for what was supposed to be my 1 mos supply of cartridges and charger, but was not, it was another trial pack. So I start trying to explain the situation once again and he could not keep his mouth shut long enough for me to complete a sentence, he kept interrupting me. I finally got upset, and told him I want to speak to his supervisor, or someone who understands friggin English! I could not get this guy to understand what was going on with my order, and he kept wanting to turn in my free 1 mos number code thinking that this would solve the problem, I could not even get him to understand that the previous Customer Service Agent (the Nice Lady) explicitly told me not to use the code till I got my original order and told him I have not gotten my order which they were quick at pulling the $99.10 from my account for. After about 30 minutes of continual repetative explaining, I think the dumb MF finally got it straight in his own mind that 1, the tracking number they have listed in their computer was not the cartridges and charger, it was another trial pack, 2 they still owed me the cartridges and charger which they already got their money for, 3. Not to turn in the number code for the free 1 mos of cartridges yet. At least I hope it was that way, because he seemed to be rushed and wanting to get off the phone with me as fast as he could. Anyway, I figured I would give it a couple of days and call back to see if I could get the tracking number of my 1 mos supply of cartridges and charger. Well (12-13-09) I get the answering machine and then hangs up instead of putting me in an operator's call queue, I can no longer find the website where I ordered the product from. I am going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General, and I am looking at filing a class action law suit against Vapor Pak. I refuse to let some fly by night business tap my bank account for $99.10 and then not provide me what I have paid for! $99.10 may not be alot of money but if you mulitply that by how many other people got taken, it turns into millions, fast.
