I ordered the free trial and i got the product and paid for shipping with was 9 something and then about 2 weeks later i got a another package stating that it was already charged the $99 and i tried over and over to call the the 1-888 number for hours apon hours to get a hold of them. No one answered. Now I'm broke because of this issue.

I ordered a promo product from Vapor Pak for $9.99 but failed to click on the very small print at the bottom of the order form...big mistake...I was obligated to a $99.00 charge and a monthly charge of $49.00. When I tried to cancil and get my money returned to my credit card account, I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone and finally was given one half of my money back. Three weeks later, the money has not been posted to my credit card account and I am still fighing with these people. Do not order this product unless you are ready to wage a battle to get out of the deal...

ordered $9.95 trial package for 12 day trial. recieved package 14 days later and found out I had already been charged an aditional $99.10. No mention of the additional charge in the advertisment or on the telephone call to place the order. The trial was suposed to start when i recieved the the product. I called to recieve payment for unathorized charges and was told there was nothing they could do except cancell my membership that i never joined. fieled complaint with the BBB.
