Rec'd e-cig for a trial period 0f 12 days 1 problem didn't getr e cig until 11th day of said trial period, called got period extended but when i called to cancel program was told it was too late to cancel and my account would b e charged $99.10 but I would receive 2 chargers a manuel and 15 e cig refills. account was charged but nothing else was received. I want my 99.00 back.

READ THE FINE PRINT. When you receive your intro offer it is at that time that you are clearly informed that you have 12 days FROM THE DAY THE ORDER IS PLACED to cancel. If not your card is charged $99.10. I too received my order over the holiday and attempted to cancel. Of course they did not answer the phones on holiday or weekends. When I did get through they would not reverse the credit card charge and said they shipped on January 1--A HOLIDAY?!.
Long story short, I made 5 phone calls each one took a full half hour to get through. One was disconnected after I was on hold for a half hour, one the customer service rep told me he would not be the one answering questions if I needed help--he hung up on me; one all of a sudden developed a bad conncection and I was told I would receive a call back and one I was told a supervisor would call.
NOBODY would give me any corporate information explaining that they had to protect the company. I can find no information about the company that is suppose to be in Utah.
I believe I have finally succeeded in getting the 99.10 reversed, I will know for certain on Friday. They did offer to credit back 1/2 of that amt but I was not agreeable to that.
If anybody is reading this BEFORE the trial offer--DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are others that are reputable. In fact I have a friend who uses E-Cig and has had know problems. I thought I was using the company he used. AVOID VAPORPAK (or Trislim as it appears on your charge card). This is a classic scam and I am ashamed that I did not take greater care in reviewing the provisions of the trial.

I purchased the risk free trial e-cigarette and paid ship/handling charge of $9.00. Did not receive the disposable e-cigarette until after the 12 day trial period. Called to cancel and they said to wait until I received the e-cigarette. Would not cancel my order. My credit card was charged $99.10. I called again to cancel/stop the vaporpak cigarette and they would only repeat the same line over and over and would not cancel it. Then they said they would lower the charge to $25.81 and to call back 1-5-10 to cancel. I told them I am on the phone with you right now and I want to cancel it. But - they would just repeat the same lines. I tried to call and cancel again today three times so far this morning. I get an answering device that states we are sorry for the wait but we will get to your call as soon as possible and then it hangs up.
