Charged my card when I never signed up for it

I signed up for a free trial of dazzlewhite teeth whitening in July 09. I never signed up for insider secrets tips. In November the above company charged my credit card/atm card in the amount of $7.01. I called the number above and was told when I ordered from Dazzle white teeth whitening their was a box and I never checked the box not any other products. I quess my not checking the box meant that I was signing up. They Canceled my membership but would not refund my money. I am going to contact my bank to see what I can do about it. I have never used the website or even received an email about the website

Charged my card when I never signed up for it

I signed up for a Free trial membership of teeth whitening product Dazzle white whitening gel in July 09. In November I get charged on my credit card for $7.01 a month weightloss resourse. When I called they canceled my membership( which I never signed up for) It actually was a box that if you left it unchecked you were signing up for the weightloss resources website without doing anything. If I would of checked the box I would not of been charged. They refused to refund my money and said that I could not even sign on to the website at all now since I canceled my membership.
