Our company purchased several items from this supplier. Several of the items appear used, though sold as new, and are defective as well. They are missing parts and tamper seals have been broken. Another though suppose to be a car rear view mirror, actually contains no mirror. This unit is illegal in our state for the purpose for which it was sold. When we asked for assistance they refused to send missing parts, or return the item misrepresented. They told us the only way they would make any adjustment was to ship everything to them pre-paid then they would look into it. After much complaint we played that game only for the package to be rejected by them at customs. They claim that the data I supplied (Now 6 times!!) was never received and they have instructed customs to return the package becuase I have not responded to their further inquiry in a reasonable time. Their requesting e-mail was sent on a national holiday here and I was given a half day to respond!! I have once again supplied the data and the shipper tells me that customs still has the package so why have they rejected it now? Obviously they had no intention of receiving the package and by rejecting it not only have now cost us more than the items are worth (to and from shipping!), but they avoid the returns as well. Convienient for them!! But this seems very fraudulant to me. Especially because I have also asked many times to speak with an owner or manager and they refuse to do anything or give any reasonings. I have listed this company as one not to do any business with in our corporation as well as several others. I would hope to warn other people as well to steer clear of this company, as they sell defective, incomplete, used items and refuse to process any return or complaint. This has left a very bad taste in our mouth dealing with Chinese firms, that I had been told were resposible and reliable. Chinavasion is the worst company I have had the displeasure of trying to deal with. Stay away from them!
