Try to purchase my baby daughters birth certificate online, card was denied, over 400$ on that card...so i call the card company, 4 charges made @ "top body" just minutes after i signed online. all like EVERYONE ELSE for 87.13 one right after the other... so i canceled card got # from card company. then began the bullshit. wanted all this personal info to "confirm account" like and idiot...told them name address phone #..."well you don't have a file" well yeah that what i'm trying to tel you i didn't make these charges" nigial was her name "well your not on file so i can't help you." told me if i wanted a refund i'd have to call back press 2 and cancel then ask for ivy.who kept hanging up rang in phone circles with her all day like that she kept asking me what product i ordered i told her i did...she said she could help me if i could tell her what the product was i said i dont know what do you sell?.click. called back same again and again finally i asked well maybe i did and i just don't remember whats the name of the company?CLICK!...

so i calmed down wanted 6 or so hours and called back from work(where are phones are tapped). I spent all evening playing phone tag with Larry. "i need your name cc # address phone # " i says "why why do you need that" " to make sure you dont have a file" suprise NO FILE! oh what you cant do anything larry?clickAs soon as i told larry i had been calling all day and had already filed a claim with the IRS he kept hanging up on me. Found their website FINALLY! printed off all 13 pages of the terms, conditions, and privacy polices in sz 4 font. here if the funny part(but not really) it actually says that they hack peoples cookies files, buy peoples soc, address phone # name, dln and cc # from "third parties". it also says that " by merely accessing the Website, whether You have read these terms or not. " you agree to purchase any and possibly all "produces" there is also "(2) to track a person's online browsing habits on the Internet, " which is admittance to cyber-stalking

so don't give them any info.even if they say the need it to look up your file. If you did indeed "sign up" or "have a file" then you first and last name should be enough. they're try to get more confirmed info so they can splice phone records and say oh well you called and confirmed you account


you just have to file a report with you local sheriff dept. call the IRS and file a fraud report and make sure you CANCEL THE CARD THEY ARE CHARGING!!!

otherwise the charges will not stop! there is almost no was to get your money back other than waiting for the class action suit @ acaiberrylawsuit.com

cancel your card b4 you lose ridiculous amounts of money to this scam. and yes it is a SCAM! they have just hidden their admission to guilt(terms and conditions in blue font on a blue page) But for every loop hole there is another loop hole so they will get theirs!

So such survey exists. Misleading advertising. Disgusting.

They over drafted my account. I wish such scams would be stopped for taking money out of people's account without authorization. I hope investigations and immediate actions be taken to address this issue which could be depleting honest earned money and savings of honest-working individuals.
