After many years of not having Vartech, I received a mystery bill from the company... they can't tell me what it is for... they say I still owe it... and customer service was a nightmare!!! They transferred me to a different dept but couldn't give me the direct number... the man there said he was speaking from the 'office of the president'... very rude!!! Still no answers or solutions to the mystery bill... beware they may become Exel communications...
