Why District administration failed to collect the voice samples of Varun Feroze Gandhi till now and how they proved his voice in hate speeches with out taking voice samples, why they were in so hasty to slap NSA on him?????? Public wants to know the truth behind whether District administration of Pilibhit worked for Varun Feroze Gandhi to get publicity...it would be very difficult for them to prove their allegations against Varun, where as he succeeded in his mission to enter in Indian Parliament, now chapter closed for him - District administration as well, then why again controversies ?

New Delhi, June 21 (IANS) Defending her son Varun Gandhi, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Maneka Gandhi Sunday said forensic reports verifying the contents of a CD containing his purported hate speeches were a “one-sided version” and the “entire tape is doctored”.
“The entire tape is doctored, words have been interchanged… the forensic report is a one-sided version, ” the MP from Aonla in Uttar Pradesh told reporters here on her way to a party conclave.

She was reacting to reports that a forensic laboratory in Hyderabad had said that the CD of Varun Gandhi’s speech made in March was not doctored.

Varun Gandhi, BJP MP from Pilibhit, invited flak for making alleged inflammatory remarks with communal overtones during the poll campaign. The Election Commission, acting on a complaint, slapped a notice against him.

New Delhi, June 21 (ANI): Forensic experts have said hate speech CD of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and MP from Pilibhit, Varun Gandhi, is not doctored.

According to sources, the Forensic Science Laboratory in Hyderabad has submitted its report to the District Magistrate of Pilibhit.

Varun had alleged that the CDs were doctored. He had also refused to give his voice samples for examination.

Varun Gandhi, who was arrested in Pilibhit on March 28, on the charges of making inflammatory communal remarks at election meetings in his constituency on March 6, was released from the Etah district Jail in Uttar Pradesh on April 16, after he gave a fresh undertaking that he would not make any inflammatory speeches.

He had been recorded as saying, “If anyone raises a finger towards Hindus or if someone thinks that Hindus are weak and leaderless, if someone thinks that these leaders lick our boots for votes, if anyone raises a finger towards Hindus, then I swear on Gita that I will cut that hand.” (ANI)

नई दिल्ली। भाजपा की वरिष्ठ नेता मेनका गांधी ने अपने बेटे का बचाव करते हुए रविवार को कहा कि वरुण गांधी के कथित सांप्रदायिक भाषणों की सीडी को सही बताने वाली अपराध जांच प्रयोगशाला की रिपोर्ट एकतरफा है।

मेनका ने यहां पार्टी की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी के बैठक स्थल पर संवाददाताओं से कहा, 'रिपोर्ट एकतरफा है। हम अदालत में इसका जवाब देंगे और साबित कर देंगे कि वरुण के भाषणों वाली सीडी के साथ छेड़छाड़ की गई है।'

पार्टी के महासचिव विनय कटियार ने मेनका का समर्थन करते हुए कहा कि अगर पुलिस के पास मूल सीडी है तो उसे सामने लाना चाहिए। खबर है कि हैदाराबाद की अपराध विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला ने वरुण के भड़काऊ भाषणों की सीडी की सत्यता के बारे में अपनी रिपोर्ट पीलीभीत के जिला मजिस्ट्रेट को भेज दी है।

इन दिनों जमानत पर रिहा वरुण का दावा है कि उनके भाषणों की सीडी के साथ छेड़छाड़ की गई है। हालांकि सीडी की सत्यता की जांच के लिए पुलिस ने जब उनकी आवाज के नमूने देने को कहा तो उन्होंने ऐसा करने से इनकार कर दिया था।

वरुण पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने अपने चुनाव क्षेत्र पीलीभीत में सात और आठ मार्च को दिए चुनावी भाषणों में मुसलमानों के खिलाफ भड़काऊ बातें कहीं थीं, जबकि इस युवा सांसद ने इससे इनकार करते हुए कहा है कि उनके खिलाफ राजनतिक साजिश के तहत यह जाली सीडी बनाई गई है।
