Dear Sir,
This is to bring in your kind notice that I bought WagonR Lxi car on 09.11.2007 from Vau's Automobiles, Patna. I have paid all the amount including fee for Maruti Insurance. On 29th. rear left door of my car got dameged and was replaced by M/s. Alankar Motors, Rajapul, Patna.

On Saturday ie. on 5th. January 2008, I receiveda call from M/s. Alankar Motors, Rajapul, Patna. stating that they are unable to claim the amount from Maruti Insurance as portal is showing that Insurance Money has not yet been deposited though I am having receipt and all related documents receipt from M/s. Vau's Automobiles.

This type of forge jesture is not at all accepted from a esteemed organization like Maruti Udhyog.

You are requested to look into the matter urgently and do the needful.
