I was a customer who gave my vechicle (AP31 AQ 5878,DISCOVER 125) to change the brake shoes and my vechiles head light holder. I ve gave the vechile around 2.15 pm and they gave me the delivery time and 5.00 pm .I went to the showroom at 5.25 pm and for god sake they did’nt start the servicing ofr the vechile at all and they are requesting to wait for 5 mins and they’ll deliver the vechile.”IF THE WORK IS OF 5 MINS SPAN WHY THE MADE ME TO WAIT FOR THOSE THREE HOURS,EVENTHOUGH YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PROBLEMS YOU SHOULD DELIVER THE VECHILE AT THE MENTIONED TIME.”Not even a single customer getting out of the showroom is satisfied with u r employers.So you please make anote that no other customer will raise this problem AND YOU SUGGEST ME THE WAY TO CHANGE THE SERVICING CENTER .
