I don't really know much about this company, but I attended one of their interview seminars. And, to make a long story short, when the manager reined me in for a one-on-one interview, I wasn't quite made to feel the way this company is supposed to make its customers feel, which is that they can relax and that they are getting sincere help and not being pressured. A good interviewer can grill their job candidates without making them feel on the spot. Even worse, the interviewer had on his class ring, and when I inquired about it, he simply stated that he wasn't comfortable discussing that with me. That doesn't say much about his character, and I believe it is probably better that I didn't get that job. I have asked before, and I will ask again: how is it that these companies believe they are going to please the customer when they don't know how to treat the low-end work crew? I guess it all has to do with supply and demand. There is a shortage of customer clientele, but a surplus of emloyee material, so employers believe it is okay to mistreat their help. If that is not the case, then I don't know what is wrong with the world today.
