Split AC got repair. The problems are mentioned below
1. Outdoor unit was running even if AC was switched off
2. No effective cooling.
Complaint has been raised two times; still AC has not been repaired.
When first time complaint has been raised the technician came and took the electrical board and went, and we were told we will be intimated about the status within two days. But we did not hear anything from him, finally we called the service center (2317688) number which he has provided us after four days but we were unable to reach that number.
We have called customer care center and asked about the status of the ticket (VIJ075110046) we were told that ticket has been closed as problem was rectified, but the fact is we did not hear anything from service center, we said the same thing to customer care center people then they have raised another ticket (VIJ1405110097).
After raising the second ticket we got a call from service center and we were told that the old board cannot be repaired and need to get the new board and it will take 20 days to get new board. We have waited 20days, no reply from service center, we called service center and got the reply there is no stock of new boards.
Is this kind of service Videocon is providing the customers? We totally dissatisfied and frustrated with the service of Videocon. If this kind service is provided I am sure that Videocon will lose its reputation.
I hope at least after receiving this complaint our problem will be rectified as soon as possible.
