I would like to raise a complain on the above vehicle. My brother purchased the vehicle in early April 2008. I noted there were so many defect on the above vehicle just after using it for three days.
To my curiousity i wonder why there were so many problems since its a brand new vehicle.I have on numerous occasion sent the vehicle to your service station at Setapak and Selayang branch to rectify the problem but yet some of the problems are still exist until now.
I have even brought up this matter with the Branch Manager at Setapak sevvice station.
The worst scenario was i had to leave the vehicle at the service station for four days each time i sent for service and rectification of problem.Since we are doing a transportation service it is difficult to leave the vehicle at the service station for couples of days.
I would appreciate if the autorities concern to look the defect/problem on an urgentbasis.If the problem still persists, than i have no other choice then demand for a replacement of a new vehicle through whatever procedures needed.
ATTACHED HEREWITH THE LIST OF DEFECTS OF THE VEHECLE KIA PREGIO WRD 7922
1. Front passenger door and the front panel touching each
other. ( Repaired and done ).
2. Roof rubber came off. (Replaced)
3. Aircond water leakage at front passenger leg room carpet
always wet ( Not rectified yet even after several services)
4. Sliding door knob faded and couldn't open from outside the
van.
5. Radio not functioning properly.(Not rectified yet even after
several services.
6. Water dripping inside the vehicle at the sliding door area.
7. Steering squeking noise.(Rectified after several services)
8. Brake pedal always in the low position.(Had to adjust on
each service.)
9. Middle and back seat cannot adjust/rotate.
