they have their money, now all of the sudden there is a tariff that bwas never mentioned
They use false logos to lure you in and then don't send you what you pay for.They show pay pal, visa, m/c, amer express logos, but then when you go to pay they will not accept these methods for payment. You have to use money gram, western union or a bank wire transfer. and each of these charge you alot of extra money to send. so they took off $40 to wire transfer it to them, said would come off of shipping. also If you buy over two items you will get vip pricing a free 8gig ipod and 10% off of bill, and become a golden member..My bank chase bank wired them the money on 11-30-2009. while that was going on i looked on a search engine and bad things were being said about this company, so i called my bank back within 20 minutes and it was too late the money had been sent. I called the co. back and they lied for over 4 days saying that they hadn't received the money yet. Mr Mark Gerstein from international chase bank rep got ahold of bank of china limited and sent me a ref.# and a case # which is #1130-4410 and the ref. # is corgn091202-0128. After giving then the ref # yes all of the sudden they did have my money. Said my things would ship in two days. On the second day they sent me a e-mail stating that on the same day as them shipping it a new tariff was put into place and that i owed them another $197.00 for the tariff, but it was being shipped to them not customs. They said that if the tariffs wasn't paid in seven days that it would be actioned. I have not received nothing positive from this company. there is no way i am sending them more money for a new tariff that i knew nothing about, and why wouldn't the tariff be sent to customs I have no proof if its even at customs, what is in the box or anything else.PLEASE help these were to be x-mas gifts, and I am self employeed this was for my family.I need some guidance here i can't afford new gifts, a have asked from day one till today everyday for my money back, they won't do anythig to assist me. thank you very much Bryan Kwasny
