I got my call from a representative name Stanley. After I had gone on yahoo seeking help to reduce my mortgage. He called and explained to me that they have helped many people like me. He told me that his company's job was to help people like me save my home. He told me that they could help me but in order for them to get started I had to make at least an initial payment of $500.00 to get started. I gave him authorization to take only a one time amount of $500.oo out of my account to see if they could help me. The monies was taken out of my account on the day that we had agreed and Stanley never got in touch with me again. I was informed that someone named Colleen would be sending me some papers and when I recieved the papers I was to sign them and send them back. I received the paper and upon reading them I called him back and was unable to contact them. The next time that I went to the bank they had taken another $500.00 out of my account. I wasn't quiet sure what was going on so I called the company back and spoke with Colleen. I explained to her that I was not happy with the way things were going and I wanted to cancel what ever services that they were attempting to do. She then gave me the number of Mike Martel I called him on several occassion but I only got a voicemail and never did he return my calls. I then emailed Colleen and told her that I wanted to cancel their services. The next day I got a call from a Chris Tkachuk, and he was trying to get me to stay with their company instead of me cancelling out their services. I explained that I was unhappy with their service and I don't want to do any business with them. That is when he gave me Mike Martell and E, Velahos phone number to get in touch with for my refund. I called the both of them and only got a voicemail and never got a response from my voicemails. about two days later I called Velahos and his phone was disconnected. I never received any services from them they only stole my $2, 000.00 out of my account and never render any services. I want all my money back, I lost my job and I really would like to see all the people involved in this SCAM serve some time. This scam reminds me somewhat like Bernie Madoff. I fell sorry for myself and all those other people that reached out for help to save their home and insead they were robbed. Those people were wrong.
