I bought a pair of shoes last year on 21st May 05 from Venice Collection ( address above).
The heel came off and I took the shoes back. They tried to repair them but the nail was sticking out of the pink heel and there was oil on the wood. I therefore declined to accept them back.
I was told to come in and choose another pair. I subsequently have been back 3 times but have still not found any shoes that I like.
I asked for my money back instead. They are refusing to give me my money back and are only prepared to offer a credit note.
I currently hold the receipt and repair note. Today, I spoke to the new manager, Ronak, Tel: 020 7499 1267. She put the phone down on me and refused to give me the owners name and the registered address of the company.
Please advise where I stand and what I am able to do.
