At Mandalay Bay Casino/Resort receiving dock on 10/20/2010 between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. Your driver used excessive foul language, agressive behavior and generally abusive physical demeanor towards me personally. Several receiving dock employees witnessed your driver's behavior.
I am the owner/manager of Venus Distribution in Las Vegas, Nevada and have the occasion to deliver to the Casinos on a daily basis. By special agreement with Mandalay Bay and Venus, I deliver highly perishable products almost on a daily basis. The Dock employees are aware of such and routinely process my deliveries accordingly. I tried to explain that to your driver but he only got more abusive. Needless to say Roadway deliveries will not receive any priority in the future.
