I wanted to let everyone know how Veolia ES company rips people off by lying their clients and not doing their job. First, when you sing up for the service the representative will say that there will be no contract...if you want to cancel the service write us a letter and we will pick up the container. True? NO NO NO...LIE LIE LIE. They will charge you the early cancellation fee and a % for the 3/5 year contract even if they breached the contract. Second, when you call to notify the company that the container has not been picked up, ALWAYS ask the reps name (and right it for you records), otherwise they will tell you they have no records of you calling them- AND THIS WILL BE YOUR FAULT that the garbage was not collected, because you didn't inform them, and they will not give you any credit for the service. Of cause you know that you called them, but they WILL NOT HAVE ANY RECORDS/NOTES OF YOU CALLING THEM. Even they say they have recordings of all calls - LIE! You might think you are the only one...think again...they charge fuel gas on the regular basics and if they save a trip x thousands of clients + no refund = who doesn't want to have all that profit for doing nothing? Well this is their way of eliminating expense!! Finally, if you don't want to go over that headache, just exclude the Veolia from your list. You will not regret!
