Four weeks ago, this environmental company was supposed to fetch my refuse bin on a thursday which they failed to do. They arrived a day late by which stage the bin had been stolen. The drivers of the refuse truck the next day said that Veolia is responsibile for the replacement of the bin and that this must be discussed with management.

Four weeks of phoning and asking for someone to clarify the above issue has yet to result in a single phone call. Not one. Every time I call, grovelling promises to return my call etc but nothing. This morning I spoke to Andrew who said he had been given my name to 'discuss' the issue.
