We have continually been receiving our bill on the 15th of each month--and we mail our payment on the 15th or the 16th. Each time we recieve our statement-it never fails ----- there is always a late pay. I call every month and one tells me everything is ok. Last month we received another late pay and she stated we had been late and I questioned her because only a month before I contacted customer serveic and one said that it was all ok and then anothe one would say we were late. This has been going on for several months and I have been calling and getting different answers each month---I know we have not been late--and I know that they have ruined our credit---tomorrow I will call again but this time I will demand a supervisor and demand that their mistake be removed from our credit. So to all of you never do buisness with Cit---and I will make it my mission to discredit them to the fullest. We have always paid our bills and it just seems that they keep on charging us late fees to compensate for their ouwn good. I am requesting that all lated fees be removed from our credit. I do expect a supervisor to look into our account and wipe it clean--as I am tired of dealing with stupid people. I will never do business with this company ever again. And, I will make it my mission to discrected this company to the fullest until they make it right by our account. I expect a call from you!
